How soon will my order be sent?

As Kathryn & Me products are made to order, please allow 7-10 days before your order will be sent.  If you need it earlier, please contact Katie at katie@kathrynandme.co.nz.

When will my package arrive?

Your package will arrive approximately 1-3 days after it is sent.  We use track and trace packaging.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, for orders over $100.

Do you post internationally?

Yes we can, although during these Covid-19 times it will take considerably longer than usual - please contact Katie directly at katie@kathrynandme.co.nz.

How do I wash my Kathryn & Me product?

Our products are machine washable - use a gentle setting and line dry.  Our change mats can be wiped clean with a damp cloth in between washes.
